What motor components fall into our current capability?

We currently produce motors in workcells that allow us to re-tool and adjust for differing customers, and product ranges. As we grow in production capability, and customer base, our product range will grow as well. Right now, our immediate capabilty is "basic" fractional horsepower armatures and stators for universal motors. We have also added bobbin winding capability for coils(see info below).

How large/small of motor components can we make?

Large - 2.50 inch armature lamination diameter and related stators

Small - .800 inch armature lamination diameter and related stators

What production rates can we supply to you?

While growing weekly, our current production rates are 800-1200 parts per day.

What kind of quality assurance can we supply?

Every component that we make is tested for all of the industry typical requirements. Our testing equipment is "in-house" and re-checked for calibration during every shift. We pride ourselves in quality rates over 98%.

Do you offer any other services within the "electric motors" scope?

With over 75 years of accumulated experience in electric motors, we are often asked to apply that to other fields, closely related. We recently added capability to wind linear coils, or "bobbins". We can currently wind bobbin diameters up to 3.15 inches, and widths up to 3.94 inches.
